Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work hand in hand with our experienced developers, playing
a key role in designing, building, and integrating digital experiences for our clients & agents. You
will also have the chance to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital
platforms, helping our clients and their businesses to thrive.
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to learn and grow in a rapidly expanding
company.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience working in small fast-paced development environments

A fast learner with strong communication skills

Team player with a genuine desire to learn and improve

Basic knowledge and proficiency in PHP Frameworks (Laravel, Symfony), Frontend
Frameworks (VueJS, React), LAMP stack, HTML, XML, CSS preprocessors, JavaScript, SQL,
WordPress, and AWS/Cloud environment

Familiarity with GIT or other revisioning software

Experience in SEO and CMS

A positive attitude and professionalism in the workplace

Good problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience integrating Third Party APIs

Salesforce.com experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or higher from a major institution or equivalent
experience

Job Responsibilities:

Interpret business requirements and technical specification documents

Develop and maintain core PHP and web-based applications

Assist in providing project estimates and setting client & manager expectations

Participate in programming pre-designed web applications and websites

Engage in Quality Control and testing, identifying and resolving technical issues that may
arise

Learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies as required

Collaborate with the development team, contributing to solutions for programming and
data management challenges

Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment

Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment

Managing the end-to-end life cycle to produce software and applications

Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software

Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
