As a CRM Developer, you will be responsible to deliver user stories to a valuable working software. You will have to design and create modules and customer plugins and perform detailed analysis of business process requirements thereby providing appropriate solutions to the clients. You will facilitate and drive workshops to collect business requirements and prepare the requirement traceability matrix by understanding client business processes and take responsibility to configure, run tests and check for results.

Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or two (2) years of proficiency with a current programming language
such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go or Python

Strong understanding of relational databases

Ability to utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques and analysis to diagnose and resolve
production issues in a timely manner

Enthusiasm for exploring and learning new technologies

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Attention to detail in communicating technical issues and implementing solutions

Customer service attitude and willingness to work in a cross functional team

Proven ability to provide accurate estimates and meet deadlines

Experience implementing solutions on other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SugarCRM
or HubSpot

Solid grasp of software development best practices and agile development methodologies

Experience developing web applications using modern development frameworks and
libraries such as React, Node.js/Express, Django, Flask or Phoenix

Ability to work with a product team to translate functional requirements into technical
specifications

Develop and maintain application functionality using the Zoho platform (CRM, Flow,Bookings, Forms, etc.)
 
Integrate third party and custom services with the Zoho platform using Zoho Flow, web APIs,
and web hooks

Build custom web applications and integrations

Participate in code reviews and the creation of test cases
 
Assist team members with the creation of reports and dashboards 
 
Understand and implement best practices for data protection and privacy
